Qualifications for this title:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Two semesters as an Assistant Instructor, demonstrating consistent mastery of Assistant Instructor qualifications.
  • Age: 15 years old or older
  • Rank: Red belt or higher, reflecting deep understanding and technical skill.

Advanced Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Maintaining accurate student check-in, handling all class finances, and completing daily paperwork accurately.
  • Independent Leadership: Confidently managing classes of any size, variety of ages, and diverse ranks, without the need for direct supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing any classroom challenges effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
